A SoCal native, Rachel grew up in San Diego and moved to NorCal to study at UC Davis. She discovered her love for indoor cycling in 2016, after realizing it was more a ‘party on a bike’ than a workout. With a dance and cheer background, Rachel believes that finding the beat during class is a perfect way for riders and climbers to de-stress while strengthening their body. Rachel creates a super upbeat and high energy class with unique mashups, remixed throwbacks, and heavy beats.
