EDGE BASIC POWER FLOW

 

Our basic power flow will guide you through breathing, alignment, and modifications to build your practice. This graceful and strong vinyasa is a slower paced instruction. All levels welcome.

 

EDGE POWER FLOW

 

Build strength, endurance, and flexibility in this energetic vigorous flow. You will detoxify and cleanse the body while calming the mind. Prior yoga experience and a familiarity with Sun Salutations A & B are recommended. All levels welcome.

 

EDGE POWER YOGA SCULPT

 

Power Yoga Sculpt is a fusion of yoga, cardio, and weights that are designed to push your limit and take you to your edge. All levels welcome.

 

EDGE ASHTANGA

 

Ashtanga is the purest form of vinyasa using an extensive series of postures. Energize, purify, and calm the body through this meditative, challenging, and often intensely physical class. All levels welcome.

 

EDGE YIN

 

Restore your natural mobility of the joints through a more passive and meditative yoga experience. Edge Yin helps support emotions equilibrium, reduces your tension, anxiety, and stress. Unlock your body and free your mind. This is a wonderful complement to our edge Power classes. All levels welcome.

EDGE CYCLE

 

Using the newest indoor cycling technology, our classes are 45 minutes of power, strength, and rhythm.  Our cutting-edge instructors will take you to the next level with every pedal stroke.

EDGE CLIMB

 

Utilizing the most innovative design to hit vertical climbing machines in two decades, our classes are 30 minutes of an energy pumping, soul inspiring climb experience. Our innovative and inspiring instructors will motivate and encourage you to reach your peak level of fitness!
